I have noticed our organization does not have any social media other than Facebook as well. I feel like they are not utilizing what is available to them to share information with people. It's cool that you communicate with another pharmacy through podcasts that sounds like it is a lot easier to communicate conversationally. They are very quick to download like you said which makes podcasts that much easier.
My group, the EWG, has all of these and I agree with you that they aren't making best use of the tools available. The way the mac was able to do a podcast was very easy to do although there was no other option than the video.
